The Site is operated by Nerd Teks, Inc. (“Nerd Teks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

A service relationship with Nerd Teks begins only when the parties agree to the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order, or other written terms governing the engagement.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

Nerd Teks may provide online calculators, quote builders, assessments, planners, AI tools, or other interactive resources.

These tools are intended to provide preliminary information or planning guidance only.

Results may depend on information supplied by the user and may not account for all technical, licensing, security, site-condition, labor, equipment, storage, remediation, after-hours, tax, or third-party costs.

Unless Nerd Teks expressly states otherwise in writing:

References to response times, same-day service, emergency assistance, monitoring, onsite support, or similar service levels are subject to technician availability, geographic coverage, the nature of the issue, and the applicable client agreement.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular issue will be resolved within a specific period unless that commitment is contained in a written agreement with the client.

Cybersecurity information on this Site is educational and does not guarantee that a business will be protected from every cyberattack, data breach, outage, ransomware event, or other security incident.
